We have also made some intentional changes in working with our Youth Development Professionals. We see the unity in our full-time members and the value this creates for the Club. We are developing ways to duplicate that culture within our part-time staff. We have started a book club, that not only educates, but also gives us the time and space to share successes and challenges each of us face in the day to day. In January, a group of our YDPs began monthly meetings to determine, programmatically, how we will progress in empowering youth to reach their full potential. We look forward to what this team will accomplish.
All that we are doing as a Club to strengthen our organization will allow us to continue succeeding in our mission and living our values to reach those who need us most.
